KEPEMIMPINAN BERBASIS CATUR NAYA SANDHI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI PT. BPR. KANAYA SINGARAJA

This study examines three main problems, namely: 1) Catur Naya Sandhi based leadership style applied by PT. BPR Kanaya Singaraja, 2) the form of motivation given by employees, 3) implications for employee performance and customer satisfaction. The theories used in this research are: 1) leadership theory, and 2) motivation theory. This research took place at PT. BPR Kanaya Singaraja and is a qualitative research. Informants were selected using a purposive technique. Data was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out through the process of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions, and the final stage is the presentation of research results. The results obtained are 1) Catur Naya Sandhi leadership style applied by PT BPR Kanaya Singaraja, in the same aspect, bedha, dhana and danda include motivating employees, willing to listen to suggestions, advice from all parties, involving employees in making decisions, always emphasizing responsibility and good cooperation to each member, more familial, mutual trust and cooperation, mutual respect among each other. 2) The form of work motivation in the Catur Naya Sandhi concept with the Sama, Bedha, Dhana and Danda aspects in the form of fulfilling the rights of their physical needs (salary, bonuses, allowances, etc.), security needs (retirees, accident compensation, etc.), awarding or rewards, as well as opportunities for self-actualization, and 3) Direct implications for the leadership style of Catur Naya Sandhi both from the same aspect, bedha, dhana, and danda in general, employees are motivated to improve their performance more. Likewise, customers are satisfied with the services provided by employees of PT. BPR Kanaya Singaraja with its style in serving customers through admonishments, greetings, smiles and the friendliness of an employee. In this case, it greatly affects the progress of the company itself. In addition, as an indirect promotion of the progress of PT. BPR Kanaya Singaraja.
