Balinese culture-based education has produced many skilled human resources in various
fields.
Education
takes
place
informally
in
various
social
or
religious
activities.
Community
leaders
as
experts
work
according
to
their
fields
while
teaching
members
of
younger
communities.
Experts
act
as
models
in
working,
behaving
and
behaving.
Younger
community
members
try
to
follow
the
model's
performance,
attitudes
and
behavior.
The
model's
performance
is
followed
by
the
juniors
with
analogies
and
works
backwards
according
to
their
respective
ways.
The
learning
model
can
produce
optimal
skills,
so
it
is
considered
very
suitable
for
vocational
education.
Vocational
education
prioritizes
learning
outcomes
in
the
form
of
skills,
so
that
graduates
are
ready
to
enter
the
workforce.
The
learning
model
is
implemented
for
vocational
education
by
preparing
workshops
according
to
the
skills
they
want
to
learn.
Workshops
can
be
expanded
with
the
presence
of
companies
around
the
school
that
are
relevant
to
the
competencies
that
are
fostered
in
schools.
Students
learn
from
the
lowest
skill
level
then
gradually
increase
to
the
highest
level
of
skill
set.
The
tiered
development
process
from
senior
to
junior
occurs
continuously.

The teacher acts as a supervisor and facilitator. This learning model ensures the
integration of skills, attitudes and behavioral coaching processes, so that the competencies and
characters possessed by graduates are more integrated.
