The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of using collaborative learning
techniques on the progress of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Sukasada in
the Buleleng Regency's Sukasada subdistrict as they acquire Hindu religious
education. This study is a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experiment). All seventh-
grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sukasada made up the study population. In this
research, class VII B served as the experimental group while class VII D served as
the control group. The experimental class has 40 pupils, whereas the control class
has 38. A simple random sampling method or a random procedure involving a lottery
was employed to choose the experimental class and the control class. The findings of
this study are based on an investigation into the impact that adopting interactive
learning methodologies has on the learning outcomes of Hindu religious education
for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Sukasada. The data in this study was
gathered through observation, interviews, documentation, and standardized tests of
academic achievement, and the data was managed through statistical analyses of
validity, reliability, item difficulty, differential power, normality, homogeneity, and
hypothesis testing in Ecxel and SPSS. version 22.
The study's findings suggest that interactive learning methodologies have an impact
on class seven students at SMP Negeri 4 Sukasada's learning outcomes for Hindu
religion education. The posttest scores of class VII B students in the experimental
class, which averaged 83.00, and the learning outcomes of class VII D students in the
control class, which averaged 63.93, respectively, demonstrate the study's findings.
As can be observed from the produced significance in the t test, t count 14,369 > t
table 1,664. The learning results of Hindu religion education for class VII pupils at
SMP Negeri 4 Sukasada may therefore be shown to be influenced by interactive
learning methodologies.
