Ketahanan Ekonomi Bali di Tengah Pandemic Disease
Sari
Pandemic disease has demaged the economic activities of Bali in the first quarter of 2020. The purpose of this study is to offer the cultural economic resilience model in ensuring the flow of the capital and social value. This study uses document analysis as a form of qualitative research. The result showed, the cultural economic resilience model makes tri hita karana (local wisdom) a local defense mechanism which rota-tes the flow of capital in the tourism based agriculture sector through a series of religious cere-monies in fostering a sense of mutual coopera-tion. Economic strengthening is recommended through cultural economic instruments by giving incentives to religious ceremonial activities at the household level as a natural and cultural defense mechanism. The incentives are expected to have an effect on the recovery of the tourism based agricultural sector which is oriented towards the local economy by ensuring Farmer Exchange Rates > 100 so that the proctection and mainte-nance of agricultural resources is sustainable.
